Hello, I'm Alex, a complimentary therapist.

MY BACKGROUND…

I feel fortunate to have accumulated extensive knowledge over the years. I began my journey as a beauty therapist decades ago and have since qualified in various modalities, focusing on sports development and holistic therapy.

Currently, I specialize in post-pregnancy recovery, scar therapy, and menopause, which has become my latest passion as I navigate this stage of life.

With experience in five-star spas across the UK and New York, I eventually found joy in running my own business. Through various challenges, my practice evolved into a more educational role.

After returning to work following the birth of my twins, my business naturally transformed, leading to the launch of Rejuvenate, a mobile therapy service in Colchester, Essex.

I quickly realized that "I am my business, and my business is me." As my clients began to recommend me personally, a new chapter unfolded.

I embraced my role as Alex Woolf, Wellness Consultancy, allowing me to share my knowledge and empower others to achieve balance in their lives.

THROUGH MY EVOLUTION

Since becoming a mother, I've developed a deep passion for understanding how the body functions. This journey led me to specialize in post-pregnancy care and scar work. After being misdiagnosed for over a year, I sought information in Canada, where a postpartum specialist enlightened me about the importance of core muscles. I also discovered how my C-section scar from having twins affected my body and life, prompting me to earn my certification in ScarWork then later Restore C-section speciality and scar practioner.
