This is a personal journey I began after discovering my neurodivergent traits—who knew what my genes could lead to! I've encountered terms like "regulation" in self-care and well-being. Throughout the day, I often need reminders to regulate and co-regulate; regulation means a balanced nervous system, while co-regulation helps others find calm.

In moments of fight or flight, I forget my training and tools. Having something tangible to express our emotional state has been transformative. With reminders that we are "a work in progress" or that it's okay "just to be," I embrace the idea that I don’t have to perform or have all the answers. I strive to be a well-being, not a dis-regulated being, and I cherish a happy nervous system. That's when I discovered Teemill, a brand that ethically sources and recycles fashionable products, inspiring my small collection.
